Under the direction of Prof. Nicholas Childs, the world-famous Black Dyke Band will be performing a varied and exciting programme of music to suit all ages and tastes in our beautiful Main Hall. The band has recently been crowned at the Champion Band of Yorkshire for an unprecedented fifth year in a row confirming it's reputation as the most successful brass band in history.

The Black Dyke Band maintains a busy concert schedule that in the last year alone has seem them perform on stages including the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury, Birmingham's Symphony Hall and the KKL Concert Hall in Lucerne (Switzerland).
